Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the company's business development and planning, be responsible for sales work and achieve sales targets.

2. In-depth understanding and analysis of specific customer needs, including product functions, performance parameters, application scenarios, etc., to ensure accurate grasp of customer needs.

3. Based on customer needs, closely communicate with the R&D department, participate in the formulation and discussion of product solutions, put forward constructive suggestions, and ensure that the product solutions meet customer needs and are competitive.

4. Coordinate the company's internal R&D, quality, production and other departments to ensure that the project is completed on time, in quality and in quantity.

5. Develop potential customers, establish customer files, regularly follow up on customer needs, and promote the signing of sales orders.

6. Regularly visit customers, understand changes in customer needs, deepen customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.

7. Develop new customer channels, expand market coverage, increase sales opportunities, explore new sales channels, and improve product market share.

 

Job Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, majoring in mechanical, electronic, or marketing management is preferred.
2. Familiar with the industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer demand trends of the water pump market or controller market.
3. More than 2 years of sales experience in water pump controllers or related industries, those familiar with the product R&D process are preferred.
4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, market analysis capabilities, and customer service awareness.
5. Proactive, responsible, with a strong team spirit and strong ability to withstand pressure, able to adapt to business trips and overtime work.
