Motor Control Software Engineer / Embedded Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the software development of the company's products and motor controllers (including but not limited to wind turbine controllers, water pump controllers, inverters, etc.), including the development, upgrading, and maintenance of the controller's underlying software and motor control algorithms.
2. Participate in the development review process of various stages of product R&D, such as requirement analysis, design review, and scheme design.
3. Responsible for software requirement analysis in the project, and formulate the software structure of the motor controller according to customer needs.
4. Responsible for product software code writing, debugging, and testing, writing test plans, and generating test reports. Cooperate with the testing department to test the product and optimize and rectify software problems.
5. Cooperate with hardware engineers to be responsible for product software and hardware debugging and fault analysis.
6. Maintain the product design and development platform and design process, and change and archive the software scheme.
7. Report work and problems promptly and accurately, and participate in solving customer needs and problems.
8. Complete work tasks on schedule according to the project plan and project (customer) progress.
9. Other tasks assigned by the leader and work that colleagues need assistance with.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or related fields.
2. Software development for brushless DC motor control, those with sensorless FOC software development capabilities are preferred.
3. Those with experience in brushless motor drive development are preferred.
4. More than 5 years of MCU software development experience, especially those with experience in Infineon and Holtek series development are preferred.
5. Certain electronic circuit hardware foundation and hardware design capabilities.
